THE VILLA
A delightful 4 bedroom,
4 bathroom, seafront Villa.
The Villa offers a large, light and airy, open plan living room with magnificent sea views, kitchen and breakfast bar, dining table and seating for 8, a writing desk with internet connection, sofas and television offering English and international channels.
Sliding doors seamlessly connect you to the outdoor timber decked area, fabulous for alfresco dining and stunning sunsets. The master bedroom, with 1.8m super king size bed, enjoys wonderful sea views and has an open plan dressing room and spacious ensuite shower room.
A stairwell leads to three ground floor bedrooms; two with 1.6m king size beds and one twin bedded, each with ensuite shower rooms (one with both a bath and shower).
VILLA FACILITIES
An intercom system is connected to the entrance door.
WIFI is available throughout the Villa, with USB sockets in the living room and bedrooms. There is a small safe available for guests in the living room.
The stunning kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped, with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. An outdoor gas BBQ offers an opportunity for variety of cuisine.
To the front of the Villa the spacious timber deck is perfect for alfresco dining and sun downers whilst enjoying the stunning sunsets and views across to the west and the Island of La Gomera.
The private, heated pool is the place to relax and cool off, and is served by an outdoor solar shower and changing room / WC. Two spacious terraces provide both shade and a sunbathing area with three sun loungers available. An outdoor pavilion offers a welcoming shaded area with comfortable soft seating, a great place for a quiet read.
There is also a small laundry room with washing machine and wash lines available for guests.

NOTES
Family groups are welcome, with the principal booking guest over 25 years of age. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Bed linen and towels are provided, together with separate beach/pool towels.
Due to the risks of the un-guarded pool, children over 5 years are welcome, together with babies (not yet crawling). A cot, stair gate and highchair are available - guests to bring their own cot linen.
Sorry, not accessible for wheelchairs due to stairs, and not suitable for pets.
